The NuggetDenver · Vol. LX · October 2, 2026

Once a day until opening night, Oct. 22. Twice a day after that — morning and evening.

2026–27 · David Adelman, year two

The same five, a new sixth man, and a defense that has to grow up

Last year’s record was 54–28, third in the West, and a first-round loss to Minnesota in six. The preferred starting five went 18–5 in the 23 games it actually played together. Around it, the franchise spent the summer trying to buy rest for Jokić and a shot that isn’t his.
